We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if the item is damaged during shipping, a photo of the defective or damaged item must be submitted before an exchange is approved. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at: glowithmeskincare@gmail.com

Due to handmade products. Glow With Me is not required to exchange unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or item different from what was ordered.
